Terre di Baccio also offers cooking classes, private or as part of a group, led by our restaurant’s chef. Here, guests will embark on a culinary adventure and learn to prepare a variety of dishes typical of Tuscan cuisine – such as “picci” and other fresh pastas. Participants will be able to pick ingredients directly from our organic herb and vegetable gardens, and use them to prepare the dishes which will later form their meal.
The emphasis is not just on our traditional cuisine, but on a simpler and healthier way of cooking.
