At its very origins, the cottage where Antigua is housed used to have the function of a barn – hence its characteristic high and wide windows, originally created to allow plenty of airflow to the grain stored inside.
Today, these lend access to large terraces and spectacular views of the Chianti countryside.
Antigua’s ground floor is composed of a large living area with a fireplace, complete with a kitchen and service bathroom, and a private, outdoor loggia equipped with a large table.
Upstairs, the two bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom; one of the bedrooms also has a terrace, with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.
